This Monday afternoon a new day of demonstrations takes place in the capital. The call came up through social networks to request the resignation of President Sebastián Piñera and the freedom of the prisoners during the social outbreak.

After 5:00 p.m. they began to gather outside the central house of the University of Chile, generating the interruption of traffic.

After a few minutes, the first incidents emerged, particularly with regard to the damage to public infrastructure.

This was evident in the televigilance cameras, where groups of subjects removing cobblestones and destroying the sidewalks of the Alameda with a hammer.

Another man, meanwhile, is caught using a slingshot to throw objects.

Carabineros reported that, at the moment, there are eight people arrested for public disorder.

In parallel, incidents are reported outside the Metro Protectora de la Infancia and Plaza de Puente Alto.
