Carabineros and protesters face outside the Metro Universidad de Chile this Monday afternoon, after the protest will be able to be for a few minutes in front of La Moneda.

Carabineros installed a picket line in Alameda con Estado where clashes are taking place at this time.
Even uniformed men on horseback tried to disperse the protesters that arrived by the south road of the main artery to the sector.
Traffic remains cut off in both directions, and U. de Chile is closed.
