A group of people lit barricades in Las Golondrinas Avenue at the height of Aviation Street during the night of this Wednesday, in the vicinity of the residence dependent on the Sename “Carlos Macera” where 2 teenagers were shot by police.

According to audiovisual records, dozens of people began to appear almost spontaneously in the sector proceeding to cut traffic in both directions of the avenue.

The situation occurs hours after it was known that two minors – 14 and 17 years old – ended up with gunshot wounds to your lower extremities, after a Carabineros procedure the interior of the aforementioned home.

What happened has generated various reactions from the Government, the INDH, the Children’s Ombudsman, Congress and even Unicef.

The Public Ministry has already commissioned proceedings from the Human Rights Unit of the PDI of Concepción to clarify what happened, while NHRI officials have already deployed to learn more about the background.
