“The Crown”: Prince William’s annoyance with the new season of the series

Prince William would be upset with the way his family is depicted in the fourth season of the Netflix series “The Crown.”

According to the British newspaper The Times, the son of Carlos and Diana would be angry, since he considers that the production is “exploiting his parents to make money.”

According to the aforementioned media, sources close to the prince affirmed that William considers that “his parents are being presented in a false and simplistic way.”

William is not the only one who would be upset with the Netflix series’ treatment with the royal family.

This because Prince Charles would also find himself angry with the image that “The Crown” offers of him.

According to the Daily Mail, which cites sources close to the palace, the son of Queen Elizabeth considers the series “to be a drama and entertainment for commercial purposes that is done without taking into account the people involved.”

“In this case, it is dragging things that happened in very difficult times 25 or 30 years ago without thinking about anyone’s feelings. That is not correct or fair, especially when many of the things that are shown do not represent the truth,” he would have indicated.
