Even the Municipality of Los Lagos moved a caravan organized by different traders’ unions, in protest to the sanitary standards applied in the region.
In the place they were gathered Paula Daza and Katherine Martorell with some of the mayors of the area, as a result of the different situations that affect the economy.
The so-called mobilization “No more quarantine” caravan, It was announced in recent days from the Puerto Montt Chamber of Commerce, raising its annoyance due to the sanitary regulations that have been taken in the area due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Manuel Melero, President of the National Chamber of Commerce, said that it is understandable that people start to demonstrate asking to work.
They are specifically the sectors of the commerce, gastronomy and tourism those most affected and those who organized this protest action, where according to the information provided by the organizers, more than a thousand vehicles participated.
