Man violated quarantine to drink beer with friend

The English police fined a man who could not stand the confinement and ended up violating the quarantine that governs as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The incident occurred in Wigan, England, and as detailed by the Manchester Evening News, the man violated restrictions on drinking beer with a friend.

According to the same media, which collected the impression of the police officers, the fined subject “tried to lie about why he was there.”

According to the regulations that apply in the aforementioned country, when the quarantine is violated, the offender must cancel a fine of around 200 pounds sterling, about 200 thousand Chilean pesos. As the offense is repeated, the fine is doubled.
