Sergio Bobadilla (UDI), deputy for the 20th district of Biobío, opened up the possibility of voting in favor of a second withdrawal of 10% of the AFPs.
The latter, with one condition: if in the shortest time, the Government does not make direct money transfers to people.
“If not, then by the way I have declared myself in deep reflection on this issue and I am going to vote conscientiously. I would like the Government, with fiscal resources, to put its hand in its pocket and face the effects of the pandemic, and that it is not the workers with charge of their pension resources who have to assume this cost, “he said.
“If this does not happen, by the way, my vote will be different from the vote I had in the first withdrawal,” he added.
Bobadilla also criticized that “the government has been arriving late in many situations, and in this particular situation it is not arriving and I find that very regrettable.”
