At 00:00 hours this Monday the CyberMonday 2020, eCommerce event organized by the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS) and that will run until Wednesday.

In total they participate 601 sites, 35 more than in the last CyberDay held two months ago.

On this occasion, the event brings some news, for example, the implementation in the pilot phase of the “Online Resolution” system for claims developed by the CCS and its Arbitration and Mediation Center.

“It is a platform that seeks to facilitate communication between consumers and eCommerce, making available to people a channel for the resolution of their concerns derived from e-commerce purchases, reaching about 90 adhered sites that can be accessed directly from the official Cyber.cl site “, said the organization.

Additionally, and due to the large number of participating sites, a consumer support model was implemented to facilitate their search for the best opportunities. This system consists of a group of “Cyber ​​explorers”, made up of experts in each of the categories, who will help people to find offers.

However, within hours of its start and as in previous versions, users have already expressed dissatisfaction with “Inflated prices” and offers that claim “they are not.”
