What is the Solidarity Loan?
Created as one of the four axes of the Middle Class Protection Plan promoted by the Executive, it is a soft credit that covers the drop in income in up to 70% and gives a value of up to $ 650,000, with state guarantee Y 0% real interest.
It can be ordered by three months between August and December this year, and your refund will be made in four installments interest-free, readjustable according to the variation of the CPI, from the Income 2022 Operation.
When is the deadline to request the October Solidarity Loan
The deadline to request it began on October 8, and will run until the last day of the month, that is, until today, Saturday, October 31. To request it, you have to enter the site of the Internal Revenue Service, as long as you have earned between $ 400 thousand and two million pesos. These should have been reduced as a result of the pandemic by at least 30%.
How to apply on the SII portal for the Solidarity Loan?
To apply you must enter the site that the IBS arranged for it and follow the following steps:
- Choose the option corresponding to dependent worker, individual or independent company.
- In case of being independent, you access the credit created especially for this type of worker (do it from here).
- Enter your Rut and Tax Code.
- The system will automatically indicate whether or not you meet the requirements to obtain the loan.
- If you meet the requirements, you must write your “gross income for July and August 2020” in the respective box.
- Indicate the amount you want to request (the cap is $ 650,000).
- Finally, enter the details of the bank account where you want the money to be deposited.
When is it paid?
Once the request is made, it will be the General Treasury of the Republic the one that will take care of the payment. This will occur, according to the norm, within a period of no more than 10 business days.
