If it comes to decorating the house for Halloween, the American artist Steven Novak exceeded all limits. He adorned the front of his house in Dallas in such a realistic way (and with so much blood) that it caused fear among the neighbors and ended up receiving a visit from the police.

Indeed, the man used simulations of human bodies and enough red liquid to stage a rather crude environment. He placed a mannequin on the roof of the garden with a large blade on its head; another on the concrete floor, with a safe that pretends to have crushed his head; and the last one near the grass, with an electric saw piercing his body.
The photographs also show a wheelbarrow that appears to have body bags, with one of them lying on the grass. Inside the house, on the other hand, a horde of zombies try to escape.
The district police visited him several times, although Novak was only at the house twice. “They were in formation at the door and when I opened it they asked me if it was all mine. I asked him, ‘You mean the blood and the bodies? Yes that’s me (…) They told me they thought it was great and that they were only there because they had to respond to the sergeant’s complaints ”.
In his purest style, the man commented that on one occasion “a child passed by and asked me what had happened to them; I said they ate too many Bowling game“.
