Please report this Twitch channel, permanent attacks on me and my family with insults. https://t.co/ybSk7budWF
– Representative Renato Garin #YoApruebo (@GarinDiputado) October 27, 2020
The young man identified as Jesús Díaz (on Twitter as @Persa_Yisus) denounced that he exchanged internal messages with the parliamentarian in question, where he apologized for his statements and asked Garín himself to delete the tweet in which he called to denounce the channel in where the record appeared.
This, however, ended in a series of insults against the young man himself by the representative of Congress, who even shared an image in which his personal data allegedly appeared and that he would report him to the PDI. He also indicated that “if I discover that you are sent by Jackson I am going to put you in court, be clear about it.”
The screenshots, since there are people who say that it is not seen in the video, in the second the honorable deputy looks for my personal data and sends me a screenshot https://t.co/NUcZR2CuR3 pic.twitter.com/fdXkvvIFl6

Faced with this situation, Congressman Giorgio Jackson came up against this complaint and the “insinuations” that linked him directly to the verbal attack against Congressman Garín, noting that “I find it surreal to have to comment on this but given that the representative suggests that I “I was sending” a student who said “Garin CSM” in a stream, I obviously come to deny it. It seems very serious to me that a representative intimidates people in this way, via DM “.

Garín himself responded to this tweet from Jackson writing that “today my mother, me and my deceased father’s number have been called several times to shout things against me (…)”, adding that the voice was similar to the one in he had recorded and dealt with harsh epithets.
Likewise, Jackson responded again to the parliamentarian stating that “it seems terrible to me that people call you with threats, I hope it is discovered who they were. However, as a lawyer you should know that this does not give you the right to intimidate people internally via DM or to involve me in your conspiracy musings. Let’s raise the level! “
