Prosecutor’s Office confirms the arrest of a minor under 14 years of age for slamming with homicide in Peñalolén

During the day on Friday a woman was killed after a violent portonazo in Peñalolén and this Saturday the alleged perpetrators of the event were arrested, as confirmed by the Eastern Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office, corresponding to three minors who do not exceed 14 years.

Among the detainees there is a minor under 14 years of age for slamming the door with homicide, after the stolen truck and evidence were recovered, which allowed the investigation of the PDI Homicide Brigade.

The other two detainees are 12 and 13 years old, so they do not have criminal responsibility. The formalization of the other young person will be during the afternoon of this Saturday.

The victim, a 57-year-old woman, died after being stabbed when she arrived at her home on Avenida Quilín with Tobalaba. According to the police record, the victim refused to hand over the keys and began to scream, which led the young men to stab her in order to steal the vehicle.
