The Chilean Navy announced that it analyzes legal actions against the deputy Hugo Gutierrez (PC) for their “libelous accusations” who alluded to the military branch, which he pointed out as a “illicit terrorist association”, among other sayings, during a transmission on social networks.
His statements were released when he commented on the detention of the sailor Ernesto Osorio, Second corporal of the Concón Air Naval Base, who was arrested on Sunday while doing excesses in the vicinity of the Church of San Francisco de Borja, the institutional temple of the Carabineros, which was burned that day.
“That Navy is a group, it is an illicit terrorist association, that at some point they would have to be dissolved because, really, I think has killed more Chileans than in the wars they have had to faceGutiérrez whipped.
Given these sayings, the commander-in-chief of the Navy, admiral Julio Leiva, sent a video to the various naval divisions, where he rejected “the injurious and unfounded accusations that allude to us directly.”
“The opinions expressed by the deputy towards the institution they do not conform to reality, we do not understand them, much less accept them, and reject them in the most energetic way“, said the highest naval authority.
In this scenario, he announced that “As an institution, we see ourselves in the moral obligation to analyze the legal actions that merit the serious injuries publicly disseminated by Deputy Gutiérrez. We must be more united than ever. ”
