Controversial
It is not the first controversy that Gutiérrez faces so far this year: on September 4 he escaped from dismissal after the Constitutional Court ruled in his favor.

The other controversy involving Gutiérrez began in early August, when during the quarantine that governed Iquique, he refused to be inspected by Navy personnel.
Therefore, in early October, the Public Ministry announced that it would formalize the deputy for the crimes of threats and failure to cooperate with uniformed personnel. A few days later, Gutiérrez indicated that he had learned about this process from the press.
