The Supreme Court decided to partially accept the request of the Public Ministry to access the emails of Minsal authorities, in relation to the investigation on possible responsibilities in the management of the pandemic.
The decision, taken by three votes to two, determined that the Prosecutor’s Office will have access to the emails, although with certain limitations.

This investigation was originated by complaints presented by the senator Alexander navarro (Progressive Country) and by the mayor of Recoleta, Daniel Jadue (PC), who questioned the lack of reaction of the Executive to the advance of the pandemic.
