Times have not been easy for the music industry: The impossibility of performing concerts left thousands of artists without a fundamental part of their work, and the entire scene in an indisputable crisis. But the good news is that the reactivation of the sector is already in sight, and one of the most relevant milestones on the musical agenda is the one that promises to kick off this process: La Feria Pulsar.
The great event of the local industry has already defined the coordinates of its 2020 edition, which for the first time will be developed in a 100 percent digital format. However, the Chilean Society of Musical Authors and Interpreters (SCD), organizer of the event, sought to go a step further in the format, to transform this meeting into a true music market, which will extend throughout a whole week: From Monday 16 to Sunday 22 November.
“We are very happy to return to concentrate Chilean music in one place, such as the Pulsar Fair, but this time taking advantage of all the possibilities that the digital format gives us. For this reason, in addition, streaming with the talks and presentations that always have given life to this meeting, we will have a complete music market, where dozens of exhibitors will be offering their products to the public “, says Horacio Salinas, president of SCD.
In this way, those who enter the website www.feriapulsar.cl will also be able to purchase records, instruments, books, clothing, accessories, courses, study sessions and all the offer arranged by exhibitors in relation to music.

But without a doubt, one of the main attractions of Feria Pulsar for the public is represented by the line-up of artists who are presented live every year, and who in this edition will once again step on the stages erected at Estación Mapocho, and from there leave via streaming To the whole world.
Camila Moreno, Drefquila, Álex Anwandter, Movimiento Original, Pedropiedra, Princesa Alba, Gianluca, Bloque Depresivo, Ceaese, Gepe and Ases Falsos, will be in charge of performing between Friday 20 and Sunday 22 on the main stage of the former train terminal , while in a scenario designed for the unplugged format, Appliances, How to Assassinate Felipes, Aguaturbia, Javiera & Los Imposibles, Fernando Milagros and Nicole will be presented.
In addition to them, the record labels that will be part of Feria Pulsar will keep the live activity going throughout the week, with some thirty showcases broadcast from the Sala SCD Bellavista, by names as diverse as Entrópica, Perrosky, Talulah Neira and ChiniPNG, among others.
