The Tarapacá Prosecutor’s Office will formalize the deputy Hugo Gutierrez (PC) for the crimes of Threats against Navy officials and denial of assistance, after knowing the record of a health check that said staff wanted to carry out and that the parliamentarian tried to evade.

The Iquique Guarantee Court determined that Gutiérrez’s formalization hearing will be held on December 14 at 11:30 a.m.
