Gustavo Quinteros is already the new technical director of Colo Colo and this Tuesday afternoon he conducts his first practice under the command of the Cacique. The albos have no time to lose and the coach debuts this Friday as a visit against Coquimbo Unido for the National Tournament.

Quinteros offered his first words as coach of Colo Colo and during the day he will hold his welcome press conference. Before that, DT has already made his first decision in a complicated box at the institutional level, on the court and the table.

As reported by CDF, the DT gave his permission and approved the urgent signing of Juan Fuentes, who will replace the injured Matías Zaldivia in the defense of Colo Colo.

On September 19, Zaldivia suffered a cut of the Achilles tendon in one of his heels and had to undergo surgery to correct the serious ailment, a situation that will have him out of the court for about a year.

Fuentes, 25 years old and trained in O’Higgins, will lag behind Colo Colo from Estudiantes de La Plata, Argentine club that has been defending since mid-2019.

Colo Colo is second to last in the table, beating only La Serena. For this reason, El Cacique hopes to add three points yes or yes this Friday against Coquimbo Unido from 6:00 p.m., at the premiere of Gustavo Quinteros con los albos.
