3rd and 4th grade students returned this Monday to face-to-face classes in some schools in Vitacura and Las Condes

With a maximum of 25 students per room, this Monday they returned to face-to-face classes after almost seven months since the national shutdown due to the covid-19 pandemic, four private establishments in the communes of Las Condes and Vitacura.

These are the Huelén, Los Andes and Tabancura schools in the commune of Vitacura, and Cordillera in Las Condes, who took up face-to-face classes for third and fourth year students.

The establishments must operate with a series of requirements and protocols established by the Mineduc, These include a maximum capacity of 25 students per room and a capacity of 50 students in sports fields and playground.

In addition, teachers and inspectors must ensure the umandatory use of the mask and physical distancing, in addition to providing personal protection and hygiene items.

To these four establishments, it is expected that during the next few days other schools may also join, among which is Mariano de Schoenstatt (Providencia), Manquecura (Ñuñoa), Suizo (Nuñoa), San Rafael (Lo Barnechea), Saint George’s (Vitacura) and Pumahue (Peñalolén).
