The constitutional reform that authorized the withdrawal of funds from the mandatory individual capitalization accounts fulfilled its second month of validity yesterday and of the 9,756,516 people who have requested their funds, 94.37% already have the payment of their pension resources , as reported by the Superintendency of Pensions.
They added that it is a universe of 9,207,438 members and beneficiaries of the system, who on average have received $ 1,356,801 during this process.
According to the balance of the Superintendency of Pensions (SP), until yesterday the administrators registered payments for funds withdrawn for a total of US $ 16,002 million. This amount considers almost the entire payment of the second installment of withdrawals contemplated in the reform.

The data reported indicates that up to 5:00 p.m. yesterday the system had entered 11,098,597 requests for withdrawal of funds, of which 831,466 or 7.5% of the total has not been accepted for processing due to the non-validation of the information that people provide.

Regarding the applications whose processing is pending because they are cases in which the member or beneficiary has withholdings for alimony debts, the data indicate that to date there are just over 231,000 withholdings for this concept. Of these, 203,000 have been informed to the administrators by the Judiciary and the remaining 28,000 correspond to withholding declarations made by the members themselves.

Likewise, the Superintendency of Pensions reiterates that since last week the Chilean consulates began to receive requests for withdrawal of funds by submitting a form that is available at the following web address: https://www.mi10afp.cl/retira -you-10-from-abroad.
