The Supreme Court officiated the Minister of Health, Enrique Paris, so that present the reasons supporting your opposition to deliver information requested by the North Central Prosecutor’s Office in the framework of the proceedings after the complaint by the covid-19 deaths.

In this way, they ask that in the within three business days, account to the Court “in detail the reasons that support their opposition to the diligence” led by the regional prosecutor Don Xavier Armendáriz.

Specifically that refers to “In what way is the confidential information of patients and the protection of private life affected and specify in what way the procedure in question puts at risk or affects national security”, which are the arguments he used when information was requested and the emails of former Minister Jaime Mañalich, Undersecretary Paula Daza and Itziar Linazasoro.
