A real nightmare is what a family is experiencing in Parral, after the Legal Medical Service (SML) removed Luis’s body in full wake.
According to Meganoticias, Luis Albornoz Valenzuela (24 years old), died on August 20, died after crashing his motorcycle into a truck, in an accident that is still under investigation to determine responsibilities.
The family commented that in the middle of a wake at their home, SML officials arrived with the police to remove the body. The diligence was ordered by the prosecution based on the lack of evidence on the causes of the young man’s death.
The body was removed from the coffin, placed in a mortuary bag and carried in a truck.
After the situation, the Prosecutor’s Office reported that the alleged person responsible for the accident, identified as Juan Francisco Fuentes Salazar, was charged with a quasi-crime of homicide, and was under the precautionary measures of national roots and monthly signature during the three months decreed for the investigation.
The pain of the family
Those close to the victim – according to the same media – denounce lack of medical attention for the young man, who ended up being transferred to the hospital in the area, where he finally lost his life.
That moment was remembered by his mother, María Solange Valenzuela, who told Mega’s Mucho Gusto morning that “third parties started kicking in the doors to take care of my son.”
