A serious complaint made a Former worker with disabilities from the company Kibernum Chile, who through a video showed how he was attacked with adhesive tape to a chair, while his companions laugh and record it.
The man accused the events on Linkedin, arguing that he had been disengaged for exposing the situation of which he was a victim to the general manager of the company.
“It was not in the context of a joke that they posed. In the middle of an argument he tries to make me laugh and Don Fabián he ties me up with scotch and they record this video without my consent and send it by WhatsApp ”, stated Marcelo Delgado.
As he recounted, he asked the registry participants why they had done this to him.
“I spoke about this situation. They take away my greeting, they take away my work, on Friday I was attacked by the Kibernum HR manager, they make fun of inclusion “(sic), specifying that during “The discussion threw papers and keys at me.”
He claimed that he received degrading treatment and that he is with a psychologist.
But that would not have been the only situation, as he explained, he experienced another episode of violence from the Human Resources manager last Friday.

In the record published on the same page, the man is seen approaching the worker, while the latter records him and reproaches him for having tied him to a chair.
Company version
Through a statement, from Kibernum they reported that “we are very sorry about what is being experienced in social networks with Marcelo Delgado, who worked as an assistant in the area of Support and Networks.”
Contrary to what was stated by the former employee, the company assured that “He was a participant in a video (in the game context) with his teammates from the area, which occurred in January of this year, a situation that he himself caused when he asked to be integrated ”.
“The video and the situation were known by the General Management of Kibernum in conjunction with HR, on August 11” and Delgado was dismissed on Friday, September 25.
They say the video was taken out of context, “It is edited and is being used in a bad way, a product of his reaction to the layoff.”
They added that “Kibernum does not consider this type of game appropriate during the working day, which was approached with the entire work team (including Marcelo Delgado) at the time, where all the antecedents were analyzed and the conviction was reached that it was not at any time something carried out against or without Mr. . Thin”.
To conclude, they stated that “we are not available to be the object of faults to the truth, which can be ratified through our own collaborators.”
