Through a statement, from Kibernum they reported that “we are very sorry about what is being experienced in social networks with Marcelo Delgado, who worked as an assistant in the area of ​​Support and Networks.”

Contrary to what was stated by the former employee, the company assured that “He was a participant in a video (in the game context) with his teammates from the area, which occurred in January of this year, a situation that he himself caused when he asked to be integrated ”.

“The video and the situation were known by the General Management of Kibernum in conjunction with HR, on August 11” and Delgado was dismissed on Friday, September 25.

They say the video was taken out of context, “It is edited and is being used in a bad way, a product of his reaction to the layoff.”
