A run over resulting in death occurred this Sunday around 6 in the morning, after a truck ran over a person who tried to assault him, in the Caletera de Américo Vespucio to the west, with Gran Avenida, in the commune of La Cisterna, in Santiago.

According to eyewitness accounts, a man tried to attack a heavy truck without a hopper, which he ignored and began the march. Because of this, the person tried to board the machine from the rear, losing my balance and falling between the wheels.

The truck driver would not have noticed the accident, being alerted by other motorists to stop.

According to data provided by the police, the deceased would be a person living on the streets, of legal age and without a criminal record. Meanwhile, the driver had his documentation up to date and the respective permits to circulate in quarantine.
