From the council, however, they indicate that they have not received any letter so far, but that if they accept a letter of these characteristics, as CNTV they do not have “powers to control the content of the strip”, and that in the face of this the channel could only go to court.
Contacted by this means, the channel declined to refer to the subject, as did the host of Pass word, Julian Elfenbein. “That has to do with the channel. I did not see it and I have no idea ”, clarified the TV host.
On the other hand, sources linked to the construction of this audiovisual bet for RN, in charge of the La Botica agency, expressed their surprise at the issue and the controversy that could arise in this regard. They also assure that this audiovisual piece is not identical to the program, it does not have its name anywhere, and that it only has some degree of similarity. Despite this, adds this source, if the channel felt alluded to, they hope it can be understood as a “tribute to a beloved space”, using positive concepts, and that also does not relate to the options of Approval or Rejection, and neither to the Mixed Convention that is supported, being only a presentation of the party in the space that they have destined. So far, this involved party has not received any information from the channel, but if contacted they hope that the issue will be resolved in a good way and in a conversation.
