The Chilean tennis player Christian garin, 22nd in the world rankings, will seek this Friday to return to a semifinal in an ATP circuit tournament, when he faces the Kazakh Aleksandr bublik (56 °) in ATP 500 quarter-finals in Hamburg.
Garin arrives fired up at the commitment, after having swept the Japanese Kei Nishikori and the local Yannick Hanfmann, so he hopes to ratify his good moment on the German clay to get among the four best in the tournament.

On the record, Garin had never faced Bublik, so it will be an unprecedented match.
If “Gago” wins, he will meet in the next round with the winner of the duel between Dusan Lajovic (24th) and one of the favorites, the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas (6th).
Also, with a win, Garin will virtually break into the Top 20 of the ladder.
