The events attributed to the uniformed officer occurred at 1:30 p.m. on October 20, in Peñalolén, where the victim was hit on one knee by a gunshot made with a riot shotgun, while driving his vehicle down the street Sanchez Fontecilla, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The formalization hearing was requested by the Eastern Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office, while the complaint was filed by the National Institute of Human Rights (NHRI).
