Through an official document addressed to the 4th Guarantee Court of Santiago, Oxman indicated that “by this act I come in renounce the patronage and power conferred by the victim in the present case, since this has expressed in the hearing of today, September 23 of this year, its interest in representing itself in its capacity as qualified lawyer, authorizing the Court to do so ”.
