That is what the President asked us, that is the objective, that is what we are going to fulfill and that is why we have simplified the requirements to facilitate the application, ”said the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Felipe Ward.
The benefit consists of a three-month rental subsidy for up to $ 250,000 for rentals of up to $ 600,000 per month, with coverage of up to 70% of the rental value. The application is open from July 14 to September 24, with three partial closings (in August, September and October) and is 100% digital.
