Kanye west is back in the limelight due to a series of publications through Twitter where he denounces Sony and Universal, threatening not to release music until the contract ends.
For this reason the rapper exposed all his musical contracts, ensuring that he will “all in his legal power” and will use your “voice to change all artist contracts starting with getting my recordings for my children”.
This seems like another outburst from the rapper, but apparently this goes further. Kanye West in protest shared a video through the same platform pissing a grammy award ensuring that “I will not stop”.
“Universal won’t tell me what my recordings cost because they know I can afford them”, said the singer in one of the tweets.
In another of the publications, he calls on other artists in the industry to join his complaint, among them Taylor Swift, with whom he has had several altercations in the past, but who coincidentally also went through a similar process when reporting Scooter braun of not allowing him to use the music he made when working with him.
“Folks, it took me a long time to capture all my contracts. Here they are.”he wrote when sharing the documents.
