The federal capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires, dyed various and recognized historical-cultural monuments in white, blue and red to commemorate the beginning of the week of Chile in trans-Andean soil.
The activity called “Buenos Aires dresses in Chile”, organized by the Embassy of Chile in Argentina and the Ministry of Culture of that country, is part of various initiatives that will take place throughout the week in the trans-Andean country in which Chile celebrates its National Holidays.
“Buenos Aires lit up in White, Blue and Red 🇨🇱❤️🇦🇷 !!. A beautiful night crowned this great initiative of the Ministry of Culture BA, which will be extended until September 20. Viva Chile !! ”, described the Chilean embassy on his Facebook account, in a message that he accompanied with various images of BS symbolic places illuminated with the colors of the Chilean flag.

The Monument to the Magna Carta and the Four Argentine Regions, the Planetarium, the Woman’s Bridge and the English Clock Tower were the trans-Andean tourist and historical symbols that were covered with lights with the Chilean national colors.
This is part of a weekly program of the Argentine Culture portfolio in honor of Chile that continues this Tuesday with the activity “The best Chilean dish”, on Wednesday it continues with “La Cueca se baila con el corazón”.
For Thursday, the staging of the National Anthem of Chile was scheduled from the center of Buenos Aires. Friday 18th “Painting Chile from Argentina” appears as main activity. A Binational Meeting of payadores will mark the day on Saturday 19 and on Sunday 20 the activity “Chilean Talent from the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires” was scheduled to close the week.
