As can be inferred from the brief, from the party represented by Viñuela they made it clear that they do not agree with any of the points of the lawsuit.
“The actor does not analyze any of the requirements established for the origin of the tort liability, nor does it link the amount requested to the damage, all omissions that will not escape the correct criteria of SS at the time of accepting this exception, given the paramount importance of such omissions ”, they concluded.
