A police case has shaken Mexico these days, after security cameras captured the moment in which a subject confronted and stabbed another in the middle of a public thoroughfare, in the city of León. The victim of the incident died the following day (September 1).

According to the Mexican newspaper El Universal, the situation would have been a kind of settling of accounts between the two.

The assailant was identified as Luis Manuel “N”, who attacked David Enrique “R” because the latter would have been the rapist of his daughter, a fact that would have happened days before.

The event was captured by road safety cameras, which showed that Luis waited until David finished talking with other people before attacking him.

Along with stabbing him, kicked him several times on the ground before two other people managed to stop him and take him away.

As a result of this, the man was left with a wound in the thorax area. Minutes later he was taken to an emergency center, but lost his life hours later.

The aggressor’s arrest took place on September 4. Later he was held in preventive detention pending trial.

“Specialized agent of the Public Ministry charges charges and is linked to the criminal proceeding LUIS MANUEL” N “, for homicide in León. The accused stabbed his victim and took his life on September 1, “said the police.

“Luis Manuel must appear before the Criminal Orality Court to be sentenced for the crime ”, they added.
