Just 9 days from the start of “Let’s go Chileans”, the special program that Chilean television is getting ready to “celebrate solidarity in our National Holidays”, a string of national artists confirmed their attendance at the event.
In the first instance, we talk about Congress, Inti-Illimani, Beto Cuevas, the choreographer Pedro Gajardo, the tenor Miguel Angel Pellao, the soprano Gaby Paz, Sigrid Alegría and the group The list is swollen Kudai, Nicole, Vesta Lugg, Tomo Como Rey, Villa Cariño, Sonora Palacios, Tomy Rey, Jordan, Leo Rey, Paloma Soto, Quique Neira, Leandro Martínez, La Orquesta Juvenil de Chile (FOJI), Doctor Sing, Lalo Ibeas, Paz Binimelis, Duo Delis, Daniela Castillhey Maria Jimena Pereyra.
The folklorist El Monteaguilino, Sinergia, Hermanos Zabaleta, Gloria Simonetti, Marisa, Carolina Soto, Josefina (Jose) Cisternas, Natalino, Andrés de León, Aleste and José Alfredo Fuentes, will also be part of the show, which already announces new names for the next days.
“They will be 13 hours of special programming, to honor essential workers and pay tribute to the elderly who have been the most vulnerable in this pandemic ”, the organization detailed.
“In addition to the stories and reports of solidarity, national artists are added that despite being one of the unions hardest hit in this pandemic, have wanted to be present in this campaign,” they thanked.
The local teacher Carlos Figueroa , for his part, will be in charge of the musicals that will be seen on screen. “It will be a program based on national holidays. The huasos, the payadores, the folkloric groups will be there; of all ages and not always the most recognized by people. We are going to leave a space for popular talents ”he explained.
With the resources collected in the campaign, and through the support of municipalities throughout Chile, devices based on cellular technology that will allow older people to be in contact with municipalities and state aid.
Family health centers, medical specialists, psychologists and family members will also receive these devices.
