A 23-year-old woman, identified as Bárbara Huentumilla, stayed with the precautionary measure of house arrest, after being detained for him murder of his partner, Adonis Flores, 28, in Temuco.
The citizen was formalized for the crime of parricide and it was determined house arrest -in lieu of preventive detention- given the history of family violence that he had through complaints and previous judicial processes.
