This Tuesday was formalized Barbara Huentemilla, 23 years old, accused of killing her partner, identified as Adonis Flores Santander, in the Santa Rosa sector of Temuco, Araucania region.
The woman, investigated for inflicting sharps injuries to the victim, was left with total house arrest, after the Prosecutor’s Office ruled out preventive detention.
This because Previous complaints of domestic violence against the 28-year-old man were taken into consideration.

The persecutor explained that when the police arrive “at his home, the accused indicates that the victim continues to drink alcohol. She asks him to stop drinking alcohol and at that moment the defendant drinks a beer and empties it on his body, leaves it all wet and, in this situation, the victim takes a knife with the intention of threatening him, that he will stop his action , and there the fatal outcome occurs“.
The woman will be given police protection, since she has received threats in the last hours.
