In the statement addressed to all their clients, they indicated that as soon as they discovered the problem, their operations and cybersecurity teams were deployed to locate, contain and solve this situation.

From the bank they assured that, although some of their platforms could present some type of interference, so far the systems facing customers, such as ATMs, CajaVecina, the people’s website and the application, have not been affected and are working.
“We ask our clients to use digital channels for normal operations. In the event that you need to go to a branch, we will inform you by different means of availability for tomorrow, “they added in their warning.
