The Public Ministry spokeswoman also pointed out that the opinion of Erica’s mother was especially considered in order to question the status of victim of the Baptist Educational Foundation (of the Temuco campus), so that “the Public Ministry filed this Friday an appeal for reconsideration to challenge the admissibility of the complaint filed by this entity because “it does not hold the status of victim in the facts investigated.”
