The Public Ministry of La Araucanía resolved to reopen the case derived from the homicide of the American psychologist Erica Hagan It happened six years ago at the Baptist school in Temuco.

Also, through a statement, the Public Ministry detailed that dismisses the complaint filed by the Colegio Bautista and the Foundation of the same educational facility and that it had already included some private expertise, stating that the decision of the Temuco Guarantee Court that declared this legal action admissible will be reinstated.
The objective of the Prosecutor’s Office is to work on the basis of the information that Erika Hagan’s mother has specifically requested, rejecting the judicial action that the Baptist College entered as a victim, the premises in which the young American woman was murdered.
