Cause in which Minister Carroza considered the following facts established: “Jorge Eduardo Weich Sepúlveda, known as ‘Milico Iván’ or ‘Iván’, 29 years old, a member of the Central Force of the Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR) , former Black Beret soldier, and former member of the Group of Friends of President Salvador Allende Gossens (GAP), was at the time, deprived of liberty by agents belonging to the Halcón Group of the Caupolicán Brigade of the National Intelligence Directorate (DINA) and transferred to the clandestine center ‘Villa Grimaldi’, a place where he is seen by witnesses and where his trail is permanently lost, his whereabouts being ignored from that moment, without any further news of him, nor registration of departures or country entries, or a document stating his death “.
