The Work address issued this Thursday, September 3, its resolution to the audit carried out on Black and white for availing themselves of the Employment Protection Law, and gave the reason to the establishment of Colo Colo in this conflict, so the concessionaire must pay a total of close to 1,200 million pesos to the players for the days that were not recognized as worked.
According to the document, the concessionaire was punished for three reasons. She did not grant the agreed work, did not pay the salaries and did not deliver the documentation required to audit.
In fact, they specify that manager Alejandro Paul was required to have a labor documentation binding on the employment contracts for the case of the 40 players involved, but “Partial and incomplete information was given on the payment of salaries.”
Due to these infractions, B&N was administratively fined 60 UTM and 20 IMM (Minimum monthly income), equivalent to $ 10,170,440 pesos.
The ruling also confirms that there was a labor relationship between ByN and the footballers on the first 22 days of April and part of the month of May, days that were claimed in the requirement made by Sifup to support the Colo Colo players.
Due to this, they must cancel the pending salaries of April and May for the 40 players on the campus, an approximate amount of 1,200 million pesos.
