Deputies question the absence of General Rozas in a session of the Women’s Commission to address the actions of the Carabineros in the case of Norma Vásquez

The Commission for Women and Gender Equality of the Chamber of Deputies agreed to send a formal complaint to the general director of the Carabineros, Mario Rozas, for his absence in the aforementioned session to address the case of femicide of the carabinera Norma Vasquez.

In the instance, it was also agreed to request offices from the Ministries of Women and Gender Equity and the Ministry of Health regarding the rape of an official from the latter area in a health residence in Magallanes.
