Communes in Phase 3 will be able to serve their restaurants outdoors
On the other side of the coin, seven communes made it to step 3, “Preparation”.
These are Los Andes and San Felipe in the Valparaíso region; San José de Maipo, Providencia, Las Condes, Ñuñoa and Vitacura in the Metropolitan Region.
