Blumel explained that they will install customs at the entrance and exit of the Metropolitan Region, various control points and permanent patrols.

“We are processing a legal initiative to modify the Article 318 of the Penal Codel, increasing sanctions for those who fail to comply with sanitary measures, from 540 days to 3 years and also increasing the fines very strongly. And establishing community work as an alternative judicial solution in the case of people who, in a very irresponsible way, break the rules, “he said.

“We hope that no later than next week that law can be released,” he said.
