The Minister of Women and Gender Equity, Macarena Santelices, had to leave the Cesfam “Salvador Bustos” in Ñuño quickly, before a funeral party against her.
The Plurinational Feminist Assembly and the Plaza Ñuñoa Feminist Assembly protested against him, in the immediate vicinity of the compound where Santelices held a meeting with health officials.

Although the activity could be carried out with relative normality, the cries of “We have no minister” were felt in the vicinity of the Cesfam located on Avenida Grecia.
Police officers had to guard the minister’s departure. The vehicle in which it was transported managed to quickly exit the place where the demonstration was concentrated.
“We were there for all those who cannot leave because they are locked up,” said Verónica Ávila, one of the members of the Plurinational Feminist Assembly.
