The Ministry of Health (Minsal) said Thursday morning that 426 new cases of Covid-19 had been reported, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 5,972.

To date, a total of 360 patients remain in the intensive care unit, 2 patients less than yesterday, and 57 are in critical condition (3 patients less than the previous day), according to their respective doctors.
According to the latest report, the largest number of new cases are concentrated in the metropolitan area (284), followed by Bio Bio (21), La Araucania (20) and Magallanes (20).
