Well, if you want to add some sauce to your video calls in Zoom (with friends or at work, we leave it up to you), we will tell you how you can very easily use Snapchat filters with a very simple function called Snap Camera and this is not new, but has been active since 2018.
The first thing you need to do is download the Snap Camera to your computer. This must have Windows 7 SP1 (64 bits) or newer or MacOS 10.11 or newer to run the program.
Once the application is downloaded, install it on your computer. You will see that when you start it, a selection of filters will appear, but first you must activate the function in Zoom.

To activate the Snapchat function in Zoom, open the video call service and in the settings open the “video” option. From here, select the “Snap Camera” option from the Camera drop-down list. Remember to open the Snap Camera at the same time as Zoom to be able to use filters. From the Snapchat app, you can also search and change the filter at any time.
The Snap Camera function is compatible with other applications, such as Hangouts, Skype or OBS, and to activate it in them, you just need to give it permission within the settings, as we saw in Zoom.
