8 gifts to exercise inside (and outside) the house

Rocío says “mini bands” but everywhere they seem to be called different, perhaps because of the variety of exercises she can do, all for the area under the hips. “Perfect to strengthen hips, legs and poto”, explains Cabello.

On YouTube and Instagram it is full of tutorials and exercise accounts, but if your mom has insinuated many times that she wants to start exercising and still hasn’t, subscribe to this popular program around the world — an app with daily exercises, diets and personalized monitoring — may be the best motivation. “It is cheaper than hiring a trainer,” says Rocío.

Surely it is the least necessary item of all, but for the most obsessive athletes it is a useful tool. More comfortable than the cell phone, more slave than your boss, a smart watch can measure all the exercise you do and without even realizing it.
