After his arrest, his defense attorney assured that the accused is in a state of shock, so when he did not find “with his five senses” he was recommended not to testify for the moment.
At the hearing, the judge ordered preventive detention on the grounds that the accused represents a danger to society and a 120-day period was established for the investigation.
