The dealership Black and white defined its new board of directors this Thursday after the shareholders’ meeting held at the Monumental Stadium.
The board will continue to be chaired by Hannibal Meuse, while its other members are Alejandro Ascuí, Alfredo Stohwing, Angel Maulén, Carlos Cortés, Diego González and Harold Mayne-Nicholls.
Edmundo Valladares and José Miguel Sanhueza complete the table on behalf of the Colo Colo Social and Sports Club. The latter assumes in replacement of Daniel Morón, who left the board as a representative of the corporation.
The appointment was held in the Macul redoubt in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, keeping the distance between the assistants and with virtual voting.
At the same time, this morning ByN delivered a check for 542 million to the General Treasury of the Republic valid for 3% of ordinary income. This in relation to the club’s historical debt.
